Analytics — help us understand traffic and product usage. We may use Microsoft Clarity, which can record interaction data (such as clicks and scrolling) and use cookies or similar identifiers.
We do not currently use advertising cookies for third-party ad networks. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.
3. Microsoft Clarity
When Clarity is enabled on TotalSiteControl pages, Microsoft may set cookies and process usage data to provide analytics to us.
Clarity may process data outside the EU/EEA (including the United States). Details are described in Microsoft’s documentation and privacy materials.

4. Legal basis (EU/EEA/UK)
Essential cookies are used because they are necessary to provide the service.
Non-essential analytics cookies/technologies are used on the basis of consent where required by applicable ePrivacy / GDPR rules, or otherwise on legitimate interests where permitted. We may introduce a consent banner as our compliance setup matures.
5. How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not consistently respected across the industry; we will update this section if we implement a specific DNT response.
For analytics opt-out options offered by Microsoft or your browser vendors, follow their current instructions.
6. Duration
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last for a defined period set by us or the provider (for example Clarity), unless you delete them earlier.
7. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when our tools or providers change. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
